Don’t Lose Hope Screen Print is my other half - Rodney’s - company that I NEVER anticipated joining…
But once Rodney was ready to grow his business, beyond himself - I knew it was time to test everything I had learned helping to grow a thriving salon with my girlfriends, Luna Lash Suite.
Scaling Don’t Lose Hope has been a challenge beyond anything I imagined (good AND bad 💀) and I can’t believe how much I’ve learned building a business with a team.
This chapter in life has me falling head over heels for the power of branding + marketing, and it’s been a lil bit of pressure making sure that the company’s growth aligns with Rodney’s vision for what he created, while maximizing profitability as we continue to grow.
It’s not important to me that you work with us for your merch - what’s important to me is that you know how much we’ve invested from the depths of our souls to turn this place into the magical force that it is. Because that doesn’t happen on accident. Every step taken for our company on has been deliberate and intentional.
Receiving the trust from not only the founder of this company, but my life partner, to grow Don’t Lose Hope into something beyond Rodney’s wildest dreams will be forever be the highest honor I could receive.
Everything I do is simply designed to give this founder the recognition he deserves for spending over half of his life devoted to the screen printing industry.
No matter what else I go on to do… this will always be the most special 🫶🏽
